- Are free trials available? Certainly! You can sign up for a free 14-day trial that provides complete access to all features, with no restrictions on ad revenue or active ads. Additionally, there is no need to provide credit card details.
- Can I link multiple Amazon accounts to Merch Jar? Absolutely! You have the option to link and manage multiple ad accounts with your Merch Jar account at no extra cost. Merch Jar will keep track of ad revenue and daily active ads across all the Amazon accounts that you have enabled within the platform.
- How does billing work? Once your 14-day trial period ends and you decide to continue, you will be billed for the following month or year, depending on your chosen plan. If you exceed the monthly limits of your plan, any additional costs will be billed at the beginning of the next month. For yearly plans, the base fee will be billed once a year, while any overages will be billed monthly.
- Is there a contract? No, there is no contract. We believe in the quality of our service and want you to stay because it works for you, not because you are tied down. You are free to cancel anytime.
- What happens if I cancel? If you choose to cancel, you have two options:
- Continue using Merch Jar until the end of your current billing cycle. If you are on a monthly plan, any overages will be charged at the end of that month. For yearly plans, overages will be charged at the end of each month until the end of your yearly subscription.
- Stop your plan immediately to avoid further charges. However, you will still be billed for any additional ad revenue and prorated daily active ads up until the day of cancellation. Please note that we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of your base subscription charge once your monthly or yearly subscription has started.
- How is ad revenue calculated? Ad revenue is calculated by combining the sales generated from your Amazon Sponsored Product ads across all linked ad accounts managed by Merch Jar. It is derived from the ‘sales' column in your Amazon Ads dashboard. Each plan has a monthly limit for ad revenue, and if you exceed this limit, a small percentage of the extra ad revenue will be charged. For example, with our Standard plan, any ad revenue over the $7500 limit will incur a charge of 1%.
- How are active ads counted? Active ads refer to ads that are enabled and “delivering” in all your Sponsored Products campaigns. Paused or archived ads, as well as enabled ads in paused campaigns or ad groups, are not counted. Billing is based on the average daily count of active ads for the entire month. For instance, if you have 1000 ads running for half of the month and 500 ads for the other half, the average daily count would be 750 ads. Each plan allows a specific number of active ads per month, and if you exceed this limit, an additional charge will apply based on your plan.
- What are daily automation runs? Daily automation runs determine how frequently your Recipe automations can be scheduled to optimize your Amazon ads. If your plan includes up to 4x daily automation runs, a Recipe can be set to run up to four times in a day.
